December’s planetary forecast is now up and you can read the entire article here. Many of my readers find the terminology in these articles confusing, and for them I have a special version translated into simpler language that is easy to understand. Meanwhile here is an overview of the major planetary events for December.
While the exact square (challenging 90 degree angle) of Uranus in a square to Pluto is over, the two planets are still within two degrees of that exact square and will continue to be in tight formation through April of 2016. (If this is new to you, please see the explanation in the sidebar.) This means that the intense pressure for change that we have seen since 2010 will remain in effect for the next five months or so as the old structures which have been broken down (Pluto in Capricorn) struggle to find new forms that best express our own authentic individuality (Uranus in Aries).
During the first 10 days of December the Sun and Mars, both fast moving planets that often serve to trigger larger alignments, will “translate” the Uranus/Pluto square and potentially set off any areas of our lives that require a shift.
Uranus is particularly powerful now because it is stationary, appearing to stand still in the sky, as it prepares to change direction. Uranus has been retrograde since July and has only traveled a few degrees since May, so if like me you are undergoing a personal transit of Uranus you still have a ways to go before it completes its work.
